It is critical to understand the limitations of our service:

  • Initial Assessment: After enrollment, a field representative visits your location within 3-5 days for body composition analysis and device setup.

To achieve the best outcomes, clients are expected to:

  • For clients with medical conditions (diabetes, thyroid disorders, PCOD, etc.), we work within the parameters set by your doctor.
  • We may request medical clearance or recent lab reports before starting certain specialized programs.
  • If we observe concerning health trends during monitoring, we will advise you to consult your physician immediately.
  • We do not interpret medical test results or provide medical opinions on diagnoses.

  • Monitoring Device (Yours to Keep): A professional Bluetooth-enabled smart scale (₹1,699 value) is included in your first payment. This device is yours to keep permanently.
  • No Hidden Costs: All services included in the program fee are disclosed upfront. No surprise charges.
  • Payment Terms: Monthly billing cycle with payment due at the start of each month.

  • Remote Consultations: For clients outside service areas, we offer remote-only programs (without home visits) on a case-by-case basis.
